Disable TestWebKitAPI.WebKit.MobileAssetSandboxCheck on macOS26+

Disable TestWebKitAPI.WebKit.MobileAssetSandboxCheck on macOS26+.
The test no longer makes sense there since we no longer allow access
to com.apple.mobileassetd.v2.

(TEST(WebKit, DISABLED_MobileAssetSandboxCheck)):
(TEST(WebKit, MobileAssetSandboxCheck)): Deleted.
