[GTK] New API test failures introduced by the bot upgrade to the new infra

Unreviewed gardening commit.
This tests have started failing since the migration to the new infra.
The problem seems more related with the new SDK than with the new
buildbot worker server backend as I can reproduce this timeouts
locally with the new SDK.
