Fix editing/pasteboard tests' CSS borders

Reviewed by Wenson Hsieh.
These tests used `border: 1px blue green;`, but it doesn't make sense to
have two colors.
Also the default line-style is `none`, so these were useless to show the
drag&drop destination boxes.
Changed `blue` to `solid`, so we now show a solid green border.
