Added in ability to include more highlighted ranges for regressions.

(TimelineFromEndpoint.prototype.detectRegression): Enhanced stricter threshold
(TimelineFromEndpoint.prototype.highlightRange): Deleted comment
(TimelineFromEndpoint.prototype.this.toggleShowRegressionHighlight): Deleted.
