Make MediaSourceUseRemoteAudioVideoRenderer testable

Reviewed by Youenn Fablet.
We can now start testing MediaSourceUseRemoteAudioVideoRenderer which makes
MSE entirely runs in the web content process.
Covered by existing tests.
