Unreviewed, update test262 config and results
https://bugs.webkit.org/show_bug.cgi?id=303601
This patch updates test262 results as following:
- Skip `Intl.Era-monthcode` feature since it is still stage 2 proposal
- Remove some tests for `Intl.DateTimeFormat` passed on Tahoe
- Don't skip RegExp unicode escapes tests since test262 has been updated
