Fix SI test expectation for
webgl/2.0.y/conformance/textures/video/tex-2d-alpha-alpha-unsigned_byte.html

This test was marked as Skip for macOS SI even though it passes with
--site-isolation.
This PR fixes that by removing the test expectation.
