[run-jsc-stress-tests] Remove directory mutation logic in
frameworkFromJSCPath.

Removes the directory mutation logic added to frameworkFromJSCPath in
304623@main. It turns out that this isn't needed if a JSC.framework path is
determined correctly.
So, this change restores the logic pre-304623@main and adds the missing case.
