compositing/rtl/rtl-scrolling-with-transformed-descendants.html is a constant
text failure.

Unreviewed test gardening.
1. rtl-scrolling-with-transformed-descendants.html is slightly flaky (see
https://ews-build.webkit.org/#/builders/162/builds/10979)
2. 306349@main (incorrectly) picked up the flaky result as part of that giant
rebaseline.
This change reverts that incorrect rebaseline/restores the original expected
text -with a slight subpixel line change (1px -> 0.5px).
