Remove `svg/hittest/text-overlapped.html` in favor of WPT Test

This removes local test 'text-overlapped.html' added in 305221@main but
later Blink / Chromium uploaded this to WPT [1].

Our SVG is synced as of two days ago (from this PR) in 307535@main and
above test is now with `text-hittest-001.html` name and passing as well.
* LayoutTests/svg/hittest/text-overlapped-expected.txt: Removed.
* LayoutTests/svg/hittest/text-overlapped.html: Removed.
