[GTK][WPE] LayerTreeHost should use WeakRef for WebPage member instead of a
reference

Also protect web page reference in LayerTreeHost and related classes
that also use WeakRef. This patch also changes the ThreadedCompositor
constructor to receive a WebPage and CoordinatedSceneState instead of
taking them from LayerTreeHost.
