REGRESSION(310450@main?): JSC-Tests-EWS test runs are failing with timeout

Unreviewed infrastructure fix.
20 minutes was apparently too short of a timeout for the x86 JSC test queue.
* Tools/CISupport/ews-build/steps.py:
(RunJavaScriptCoreTests.__init__): Increase timeout to 1 hour.
* Tools/CISupport/ews-build/steps_unittest.py: Update unit tests.
