MeasureBuildTimeTest.test_clean_and_null_build

Explicitly list the clean and null commands, as 313554@main added other
commands to the default --tests list. This assumes the expansion was
intentional (i.e. running without '--tests' would include all entries in
AVAILABLE_TESTS, and not keep just null and clean as the default ones).
