[Swift GTK] WebCore modulemap on non-Apple platforms

CMake builds on non-Apple platforms already put in place a minimal WebCore
modulemap, such that WebBackForwardList.swift builds OK. As we aim to make that
build on other platforms, we extend that to other platforms.
In the future (on all platforms) we probably need to move the CMake builds to
using something much more like the production WebCore modulemaps - that's
orthogonal to this change.
