Remove TrackDefault tests from media-source/ WPT tests

The TrackDefaults feature was removed from the Media Source Extensions spec
back in 2016,
(ref: https://github.com/w3c/media-source/issues/140), and the only
implementation left in
is in Chrome, but is behind an experimental feature flag. Since these test no
longer apply
to the current spec, they should be removed from WPT.
