[WPE][GTK] use a separate expectations file for test262

Runner.pm now resolves its default expectations file based on
platform: expectations-linux.yaml on Linux, expectations.yaml
everywhere else. This lets glib/wpe test262 results be tracked
separately from other ports without requiring --expectations on
every invocation.
Reuse expectations.yaml to create expectations-linux.yaml
so existing known failures carry over as the starting baseline.
