REGRESSION(314923@main): [Swift][GTK][WPE] ASSERTION FAILED:
!m_adoptionIsRequired in WebPageProxy::backForwardListMessageReceiver()

Unreviewed workaround to avoid test crashes.
Temporally disable Swift to allow switching the GTK/WPE bots to use
Clang by default. See: https://commits.webkit.org/318539@main
The bots run with Release+Asserts which currently cause issues with
Swift. A fix for this will be proposed shortly after the bots are
running with Clang so the fix itself can be tested properly on the
EWS.
