[GLIB] layout test gardening
Unreviewed.
WebKit commit 319248@main added a group of 'display-p3' related tests to
GLIB TestExpectations. These tests were meant to pass, but lacked a state.
In TestExpectations, when a test lacks state the test is actually
treated as Skip.
This change marks the groups of tests added in 319248@main as Pass,
which was the original intention.
