[GLib] Gardening of tests on the 2.54 branch - 2026-09-08

Unreviewed gardening.
Gardening of the webkitglib/2.54 branch based on the WPE ARM64 Release
BuildAndTest bot (builder 2018), the only test bot running on this branch.
The branch has far fewer builds than trunk, so the deterministic pass used
the last 10 complete builds and flakyhunter was run at --depth 75 and
--depth 50, which agreed on the same candidates. None of the tests below
had their test file or baselines modified since the branch point, so the
changes in behaviour are real rather than rebaselines.
Removed 21 stale expectations for tests that now pass on the branch. The
largest group is a cluster of 16 compositing, scrollbars and tiled-drawing
tests that all stopped failing at the same point and have been passing for
the last 33 builds with a flakiness factor of 1.3%.
Removed the glib [ Pass ] override for nested-scale-animations.html, which
fails in every build on the branch bot, so that the generic
[ ImageOnlyFailure ] expectation from webkit.org/b/225407 applies. This
mirrors the same fix made on trunk.
Added expectations for two tests confirmed flaky by both wktesthunter and
flakyhunter, and dropped the [ x86_64 ] modifier from the
web-lock-in-serviceworker.html expectation, which did not cover the ARM64
branch bot.
