Remove stale macOS 27 expectations for two H.265 WebRTC tests
Unreviewed test gardening.
316889@main fixed the underlying VTB key-frame detection on 2026-07-10. Both
tests have passed on macOS 27 wk2 release ever since, so these entries now only
serve to hide future regressions.
