Ensure missing components are forwarded when performing a color conversion in
a relative color expression

Reviewed by Tim Nguyen.
Fix edge case in relative color expressions when a color conversion is needed
to ensure missing/none values are forwarded appropriately. Previously,
missing/none
values got converted to 0, but since we now allow them for explicit symbols,
forwarding is needed.
