[Site Isolation] Add test coverage for nested cross-origin iframe
back/forward state

Existing back/forward tests for cross-origin iframes only cover one level of
restoration (a depth1 iframe directly under
the main frame). Add depth2 variants of the same flows to make sure nested
frames restore correctly too.
