[GFC][Integration] Allow minmax track sizes.

minmax is basically just syntactic sugar that sets the min track sizing
function and max track sizing function. For example, minmax(300px 1fr)
sets the track to have a min track sizing function of 300px and a max of
1fr. We support the different types of track sizing functions now so
let's remove this restriction.
This basically means that the only think we have left to restrict with
respect to the GridTrackSize type is if it is fit-content.
