[Site Isolation] Remove _convertPoint toMainFrameCoordinates SPI

This is currently unused both internally and externally.
Remove it since convert*ToMainFrameCoordinates() methods are deprecated because
of returning wrong results in certain situations.

(-[WKWebView _convertPoint:fromFrame:toMainFrameCoordinates:]): Deleted.
