[Image Redux] Remove unused helper in GraphicsTestUtilities

Removes the unused overload of the GraphicsTestUtilities function
`imagePixelIs()` that takes an
`Image` and renames its still used sibling to `nativeImagePixelsIs()` for
clarity. Getting rid of
the `Image` overload is helpful to cut down on callers of
`GraphicsContext::drawImage()`, as its
signature will be changing soon.
