REGRESSION(321933@main) [webkitpy] Two RunnerTests are failing with Python
3.11 and newer

Python 3.11 changed[1][2] the TestCase.__str__ method, including the fully
qualified test method name to the string, not just the class name.
Instead of hardcoding the generated name, let python generate it for us.
