[LBSE] z-index incorrectly applied to a statically-positioned outermost <svg>
on first style resolution

Reviewed by Nikolas Zimmermann.
StyleAdjuster's z-index check for the outermost <svg> read the position
from the old renderer's style instead of the style being adjusted. On
first resolution there is no renderer yet, so a static outer <svg> with
an explicit z-index was wrongly treated as positioned and had its z-index
applied, incorrectly establishing a stacking context until a later recalc
corrected it. Read position() from the style being adjusted instead,
matching the non-SVG path.
