[JSC] Run the heap snapshot tests in JSTests/heapProfiler

Add JSTests/heapProfiler.yaml to run-javascriptcore-tests' collection list so
the tests run
and cannot rot unnoticed again. Run them in two configurations rather than all
of
defaultRun's: default, and no-CJIT collect-continuously. The tests check the
snapshot the
collector builds, which does not depend on the JIT tier, while
collect-continuously takes
snapshots under --verifyGC and alongside continuous collections, which is where
the heap
analyzer meets the rest of the collector.
