[AppKit Gestures] Cannot get context menu when right-clicking on standalone
image documents

Standalone image documents style their image with `user-select: none`,
c.f. ImageDocument::createDocumentStructure(). As such, the secondary
click gesture treated the image as unselectable content and never began.
To fix this bug, we introduce a special case for standalone image
documents such that the secondary click can begin over the image when
the web view is presenting one.
