Use optin.core.FixedAddressDereference checker name in bmalloc's BCRASH()
macro

The clang static analyzer moved the `core.FixedAddressDereference`
checker into the `optin` package, and upcoming toolchains reject the
old name. `BIGNORE_CLANG_STATIC_ANALYZER_WARNINGS_ATTRIBUTE()`
discards its argument, so nothing breaks today, but use the new name
so the annotation stays accurate.
No new tests since no change in behavior.
