[GLIB] Fix some issues found via Safer-CPP static analysis

I found these while smoke-testing Linux-ports support for
Tools/Scripts/analyze-safer-cpp.
* Source/WebCore/platform/graphics/gstreamer/GStreamerCommon.cpp:
(WebCore::GstMappedOwnedBuffer::create): Adopt the new buffer into a
Ref right away instead of holding it in a raw pointer and deleting it
by hand when the mapping fails.
* Source/WebKit/UIProcess/API/glib/WebKitContextMenuClient.cpp:
(attachContextMenuClientToView): Protect the page while calling
setContextMenuClient(), which is not trivial.
