  [IFC] Nowrap content overflows the line instead of wrapping

<rdar://problem/188406135>

Reviewed by Elika Etemad.

<div style="font: 10px/10px Ahem; width: 195px">walked <span
style="white-space: nowrap">into the room</span> quietly</div>

"walked into the room" is 200px wide, yet the nowrap content stayed on the
first line.
ContinuousContent incorrectly marks the whitespace between "into" and "the" as
leading trimmable width,
so InlineContentBreaker thinks the content fits on the line when it does not.

Only white space before any "real" content is leading.
