REGRESSION(320518@main): stale node returned from a script reports "no such
element"

320518@main mapped NodeNotFound to "no such element", but _createNodeHandle()
still threw NodeNotFound when a script returned a node that is disconnected
or belongs to another document. The internal JSON clone algorithm requires
"stale element reference" for a stale element, so throw StaleNode for
elements, which the result path already maps to that error.
Other node types keep throwing NodeNotFound. A detached shadow root should
report "detached shadow root" (bug 230612), and other nodes have their own
serialization gap (bug 320453); both are already expected to fail.
