308142@main made `WI.ResourceClusterContentView.prototype.restoreFromCookie()`
wait for
custom content views to load before showing the preferred content view
(Response by default).
`restoreFromCookie()` runs every time the content view is shown. Callers that
switch to the
Preview tab and immediately call `showRequest()`, like the "Request
Data" go-to arrow in
the Headers tab, get their choice overwritten when the pending restore
completes. The same
applies to the request/response body go-to arrows in the Sizes tab.
The fix in this patch gives each `restoreFromCookie()` call a unique token
(every `Symbol()` is unique)
and ignores the deferred restore if the token has changed. Explicitly showing a
content view clears
the token so it takes precedence over a pending restore. This applies to
`showRequest()`,
`showResponse()`, and picking from the Request / Response menu.
