Web Inspector: REGRESSION(317891@main) Sources shows no scripts when
inspecting an older remote target

When a remote target runs an older OS, Web Inspector loads a versioned
protocol for it from Protocol/Legacy/. None of these define the
Debugger.ScriptType enum, which was added together with the scriptType
parameter of Debugger.scriptParsed. DebuggerObserver's compatibility
code, which converts the older module parameter into a scriptType, read
its values from InspectorBackend.Enum.Debugger.ScriptType, so it threw
a TypeError for every script.
Use WI.Script.SourceType instead. It has the same values as the
protocol enum, and it does not depend on which protocol version is
loaded.
