[CMake] Build the Swift WebPage, WebView and AppKit gesture tests

Add some missing swift tests to TestWebKitAPI, plus fix some build
issues:
- WKA swift sources were being declared for iOS only.
- We were using -Fsystem to access system frameworks, but Xcode actually
uses a plain -F. Revealed by NSUInteger <-> Int bridging in
TestWebKitAPILibraryAdditions.swift.
- Swift sources discover _WebKit_SwiftUI via WebKit's cross-import
metadata. The module was not added to the dependency graph correctly,
so it might not be in place in time. Add it to the main
_WebKit_SwiftUI target and refactor one other place where it was
specifically being depended on.
