[Site Isolation] datalist-cross-origin-iframe.html is a constant timeout on
iOS

The test timed out because WebPageProxy::elementDidFocus() converted the rects
of an element in a remote frame with
an IPC round trip, so the post-layout EditorState that
-[WKDataListSuggestionsDropdown _showSuggestions] waits for
arrived before anything was waiting for it. 322105@main removed that round
trip; unmark the test as timing out.
