Web Inspector: InspectorDOMAgent should remove EventFiredCallbacks on reset

Reviewed by Timothy Hatcher.
Create a single `EventFiredCallback`/`EventListener` instead of a separate
instance for each node.
Remove that single shared instance from nodes when Web Inspector is closed.
