(WI.ObjectTreePropertyTreeElement.prototype._functionParameterString):
Just because the prototype/constructor name is in
`WI.NativePrototypeFunctionParameters`/`WI.NativeConstructorFunctionParameters`
doesn't mean the function name is in the nested map.
Drive-by: also add `CSS` as another function that's not actually a constructor.
