WebVTT display backdrop overflows outside of cue

Add css rules width:stretch and height:stretch to
-webkit-media-text-track-display-backdrop.
The backdrop is meant to provide a way to style the cue at the inline-block
level.
Currently the backdrop allows the cue text to overflow outside the block-level
cue element.
Since the block element is what is styled based on the author's vtt settings,
the backdrop
needs to conform to the block's shape/size.
Updates test expectations to reflect tests that are now passing.
