Allow transferring streams to an AudioWorklet

ReadableStream, WritableStream, and TransformStream are [Exposed=*], but
transferring one to an AudioWorkletProcessor failed to deserialize there,
because these serialization tags were special-cased to be unavailable in
AudioWorkletGlobalScope until transfer there was tested.
The transfer receiving steps only need a JSDOMGlobalObject and a
MessagePort, both of which AudioWorkletGlobalScope has. Use the
generated exposure checks through isInterfaceExposedInGlobalObject()
from 322979@main instead, and add a test.
