[line-clamp] Make the forced-hidden bit a line-clamp state

Within a line-clamp container, floats which have not been made into invisible
boxes "must be visually clipped to the unshaped
block-end content edge of the line-clamp container".

A box is either an invisible box of a line-clamp container, a float clipped by
it, or neither, so turn the forced-hidden bit
into a 2-bit line-clamp state (None, ForceHidden, Clipped) and add
isClippedByLineClamp for the floats.
No change in functionality.
