Address Safer C++ static analysis warnings in StyleExtractorGenerated.cpp
https://bugs.webkit.org/show_bug.cgi?id=327199
Reviewed by Anne van Kesteren.
Make ExtractorState::style a const CheckedRef instead of a raw reference so that
the generated and custom extractor code calling through it is trusted by the
static analyzer.
This tested as performance neutral on Speedometer and MotionMark.
