Log Message:
-----------
Web Inspector: support URLs with ports and and `blob:` when parsing stack
traces
https://bugs.webkit.org/show_bug.cgi?id=327353
Reviewed by Timothy Hatcher.
The Console stack string heuristic rejects `sourceURL` with an explicit server
port or a `blob:` prefix.
Logging an actual `Error` stack from a local server (e.g. `localhost:3000`) or
a `Worker` created from a `blob:` displays plain text instead of linked call
frames.
Parse the function separator before the URL and accept a `blob:` prefix and
numeric server port while preserving the required line and column suffix and
invalid-string rejection.
