copyTo for a BGRX/RGBX VideoFrame should succeed

Reviewed by Jean-Yves Avenard.
We add support for copyTo by reusing the same code path for BGRX as BGRA and
RGBX/RGBA.
The WPT test is not fully complete as it should check the copyT X component.
This will be added when the spec is clear about what should be done.
