[Safer CPP] Address warnings in RenderTreeAsText and SVGRenderTreeAsText

Reviewed by Geoffrey Garen.
Address the safer-cpp static analysis warnings in RenderTreeAsText.cpp and
SVGRenderTreeAsText.cpp. This code only runs when dumping render trees as text
(layout tests and debugging), so there is no performance impact.
