isInitialValueForLonghand() returns early for mask-border-slice instead of
breaking like the other cases

The CSSPropertyMaskBorderSlice case in isInitialValueForLonghand() ended
with `return false;`, while every other case, including its
CSSPropertyBorderImageSlice counterpart, uses `break;` and falls through
to the generic initial-value comparison after the switch. Make it
consistent.
No behavior change: the parser always produces a CSSMaskBorderSliceValue
for mask-border-slice, so the generic isNumber() check would also return
false for it.
