  Log Message:
  -----------
[webkitbugspy] Bugzilla requests ignore the tracker's timeout
https://bugs.webkit.org/show_bug.cgi?id=327535
rdar://190022363

Reviewed by Jonathan Bedard.

Tracker.__init__ took a timeout and then set self.timeout to None, so the
30-second
default that bugzilla.Tracker passes to it never reached a request, and every
Bugzilla
request waited without a limit. Keep the timeout it is given, and bump
webkitbugspy
to 0.15.7.
