[CMake] Bake DYLD_FRAMEWORK_PATH into Cocoa executables in dev presets

In DEVELOPER_MODE, WEBKIT_EXECUTABLE now links each executable that sits next
to the built frameworks with -dyld_env DYLD_FRAMEWORK_PATH
and DYLD_LIBRARY_PATH, relative to @executable_path. jsc, testapi,
WebKitTestRunner, TestWebKitAPI and the other tools then load the
frameworks from the build directory instead of the shared cache, without anyone
explicitly setting DYLD_FRAMEWORK_PATH. A
DYLD_FRAMEWORK_PATH set in the env is still searched before the one baked into
the binary. webpushd's hand-written flags are removed
because the shared code now covers them, and the path now also reaches
adattributiond, webpushtool and every other Apple SDK, not just
macOS.
Since the -dyld_env DYLD_FRAMEWORK_PATH supports multiple search paths this
patch adds a few:
Executable: Tools in the build root: jsc's sibling JSC tools (testapi,
testmasm, testb3, testair, testdfg, testRegExp…), TestWTF,
TestWebKitAPI, TestIPC, TestWGSL, WebKitTestRunner, DumpRenderTree, ImageDiff,
MallocBench, wgslc, lldbWebKitTester, and the webpushd,
adattributiond and webpushtool daemons (24 total)

is for the build root; the second is for
JavaScriptCore.framework/Versions/A/Helpers/jsc.
