REGRESSION(323787@main): allowed selector
askToBrowseURL:referrerURL:withCompletion: is not used on iOS

Unreviewed build fix.
Require WTF_PLATFORM_MAC for the askToBrowseURL:referrerURL:withCompletion:
allowed-SPI entry, since 323787@main only calls it on macOS.
